Dr. Anirban Sarkar is a results-driven entrepreneur with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP (1987) and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute (1989). He serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of several companies, including Deccan Water Treatment, Deccan Sustainable Energy, DeccaLeap Technologies, and DeccaLeap Engineering.
In addition, Dr. Sarkar leads Deccan AV Media Pvt. Ltd. and Hair Care Studio Academy, and has produced acclaimed Marathi films and web series. His contributions have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Rastriya Udyog Ratna (2006) and Champion of Change (2021). He currently serves as the President of the India-Arab Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture.
